VCDImager is a full-featured mastering suite for authoring, disassembling, and analyzing Video CDs and Super Video CDs. The core functionality consists of directly making Video CD BIN/CUE-style CD images from mpeg files, which can be played on standalone VCD players or DVD players and on computers capable of accessing VCDs.

    Reviewing 0.7.1.2 Beta (Jan 9, 2002)

    This is one of my favorites apps. It's small, free, and works better than Easy CD Creator and Nero's VCD software. I use version 0.6 of the VCDImagerGUI.
