ViStart dramatically decreases the time taken to search for programs by indexing your program shortcuts. Then you can simply type part of the program into the start menu and ViStart will "instantly" find it.

Malware installs a cryptically-named toolbar in Firefox called "Default Tab".

The only thing I like from vista is here, faster and improved.
Indexing the start menu allows faster program loading. It is the best improvement to start menu since windows exist, not for retarded. Retarded are slow to learn.
A tip: With vistart press windows key and start typing the name of the program you want to load. With 3 or 4 chars you already loaded what you need. Not for ret***s, though.
To uninstall run the killme.exe in the application folder.

it looks great and that's mostly it about his proggie...
- It doesnt have a right-click menu!
- It doesnt let u customize any settings, like which system shortcuts you wanna see, or how many freq-used-progs shortcuts u want, so your start menu is inevitable overloaded

Only problem is is that when I search for "C:\" it doesn't show the contents of C:\ under "Files" like Vista does.
Another minor nitpick is that the frequent programs list is blank when first run... it would be nice if it imported and synced with the normal Explorer list.
Also it could use more customization options a la Vista's Start Menu, and optionally using XP themeing would also be a nice option so it blends in.
