Vista is a universal Web services client that supports Channels for Information and Content via XML/HTTP/SOAP/XML-RPC. It is a cross conferencing client across AOL, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo, Jabber, and IRC messaging services. It lets you develop your own custom Web service clients that can be deployed on the platform using your current skill sets. It allows you to customize it by adding and removing channels/features.

Reviewing 1.4.0.3413 (Jul 23, 2002)
Good software design and intention, but I had a few key problems:
1> Couldn't handle Font-face issuance from Trillian users. Not sure about AIM users.
2> Wasn't able to properly parse away messages from Trillian users, not sure about AIM users.
3> Their client needs a keep-alive, I was kicked off AIMs servers at some points, when on other machines using Trillian I stayed on just fine.
4> Needs a message history header you can modify. For instance after each message my logs have [Machine Name] [Date] [Time] [Name]: [body]..
Other than that it looks promising.. I wouldn't necessarily go as far to call it a Release candidate though.

So far.. I think this is a great program, they need to recognize what platform you IM-To is going to, and adjust the Smileys accordingly, but that is a minor thing, all in all, and really nice program... keep up the good work!!
Reviewing 1.1.0.1766 Beta (Dec 18, 2001)
Thanks that really helps to clarify the functionality you are providing and your claim of being "first". I don't think that I understood that it could do that, I was simply looking at it being interoperable as opposed to true cross-platform messaging.
