VueMinder Calendar is the future of appointment management. With other calendar apps, you'd enter the date and time of an appointment, and that would be it - maybe you'd get a simple popup reminder, but that's the best that you could expect. With VueMinder Calendar, you'll be on the receiving end of content-rich popup reminders, desktop alerts, and reminders that can be sent to you via email or direct to your phone using SMS.

    - Added real-time calendar sharing over a local network. To share calendars in real-time, set the update frequency to "Automatically" when subscribing or sharing a calendars over a local network

    - Added notification of conflicting events. There are two types of notifications - a simple label in the Event Editor window and a popup warning message. These can both be enabled or disabled, independently for each calendar via new "Event Conflict Handling

    - Added a "Calendar View" print style. This will print the calendar exactly as displayed in the Day/Week/Month View, including whatever number of days or weeks are selected for display

    - Added a "Reset Filter" option to the Event List's "Filter" button's menu. This option will remove filters on all columns

    - Added a "Random" button to the apperance properties for calendars and events. This button can be used to quickly generate a unique appearance

    - Improved the Event List to allow multiple events to be selected at one time. This can be done by Shift-clicking rows, Ctrl-clicking rows, or dragging row selection with the mouse. You can also select all listed items using a right-click menu option or Ctr

    This is an outstanding program, full-featured and also aesthetically beautiful.

    VueMinder Calendar Pro is probably the most powerful offline calendar available, yet despite the plethora of features it offers (listed on their website), it's very easy to learn and use.

    The developer is extraordinarily responsive and is constantly introduces new features at the request of users - and he also corrects bugs very quickly..

    In short, VueMinder Calendar pro is very highly recommended - anyone who has serious calendaring needs will probably be better off with this program than any other (and I have tested numerous programs of this sort) - and the program is constantly being developed and improved!

    I have been using computers since the early 1960s (FORTRAN IV) and VueMinder Calendar is one of the best programs that I have ever used. It is full of useful easy to use features.

    The technical support/ customer service is EXCELLENT. The parent company, VueSoft, is as good as any company I have dealt with. They ask for suggestions and continually make improvements to VueMinder Calendar; they have incorporated virtually all of the additional features that I have requested. In addition, if you request help for problem with using any of its features they respond very quickly with a detailed solution.

    VueSoft's VueMinder Calendar is definitely worth looking into if you are interested in a full-featured calendar with single task list, tasks with recurrence patterns and ranges, and with ... Go to their web site, there are too many features to list here.
