WavTrim is useful to clean-up WAV files when you extract a track from an Audio-CD, before making MP3s, before recording Audio-CDs. It scans and cleans WAV files, removing 'digital' silence and any left over of another track. It optionally normalizes (i.e. changes the volume to use the full 16-bits dynamic that can help to get tracks from different sources sound similar). It can batch-process several WAV files at once.
Reviewing 2.20 Beta 1 (Jan 3, 2005)
It would be useful if this program could separate tracks from a record recording.
Since this program is made by the same producer of mp3trim, there's an obvious suggestion to combine the two programs into one.
