WavePad is sound editing software for Windows. This program lets you make and edit voice and other audio recordings. You can cut, copy and paste parts of recording and, if required, add effects like echo, amplification and noise reduction.

Failnch is correct. NCH products are difficult to register and they customer support they provide is next to nothing.
Instead of using a program like WavePad, it might be an idea to check out some of the freeware programs which you can download like Audacity.

I've put up with Wavepad 4.59 for a long time. It saves as mp2 NOT mp3. I bought the MASTER edition BUT if I want it fixed I MUST BUY AN UPDATED VERSION. NCH really treat their customers in the worst fashion I have come across.
Unreachable, bug ridden products & complex ONE TIME registration (don't change your hard drive). Massive misinformation on all their 'info' pages. You don't matter just send them money.
No more NCH products, avoid wasting your money and lots of your time. Also note they have no REAL consumer reviews in their advertising?? Why's that NCH? Don't you actually "talk" to your customers after you snatch the cash..

If you know how to use sound recorder, that comes with windows ? (sndrec??.exe). You can do the same thing. I use goldwave, and I can do what this does, and then some. Goldwave, you have to pay for, but it is worth it. This is a from a software company in Austrailia. I have their burning software, for DVDs.
