WavePad is sound editing software for Windows. This program lets you make and edit voice and other audio recordings. You can cut, copy and paste parts of recording and, if required, add effects like echo, amplification and noise reduction.

    If you know how to use sound recorder, that comes with windows ? (sndrec??.exe). You can do the same thing. I use goldwave, and I can do what this does, and then some. Goldwave, you have to pay for, but it is worth it. This is a from a software company in Austrailia. I have their burning software, for DVDs.
