WebImageGrab (formerly GOOGLEGRAB) is a tool to download images from the Google and AlltheWeb.com image search services. It makes image research very easy because they are downloaded directly to your hard drive.

    Crash prone (as pointed out by elitegangsta) and unreliable.

    Good idea, and it mostly does what it says it does. However, I have found under OS X that this applications crashes quite often as opposed to the PC version which has not. All in all, it is a good app for searching and downloading multiple images of one type without having to control click on any images that you want to save in mass quantities.
