Tried it and its quite pleasant to use, great call quality, arguably superior to skype although I didn't do any dsp analysis so i dont have numbers on this. People should also remember that skype is also showing ads on their site for services.

For cris sake the wengo main page is nothing more than advertizing for services using wengo itself-extremely lame. And home page link defaults to french-lame not on your life would I install this

Looks good, but skype came first... everyone I know uses skype... and none are geeky enough to care about switching. Same problem with IMs. All my friends use msn so am unable to use anything else. Great attempt, but a little late
