WinCustomize Skin Browser allows users to search through the thousands of skins, visual styles, themes, icons and wallpapers on WinCustomize.com through a program designed just for this purpose. A user can instantly apply a skin or wallpaper or whatever right from the program. If the user is missing a program, the browser can optionally download and install the missing program for them. The program also comes bundled with a chat and message boards integrated to make it easy to discuss software, Windows issues, customization, and much more with the millions of users who visit WinCustomize each month.

The full version comes with a premium WinCustomize subscription which is $19.95 for a 2 year subscription (around 80 cents per month). WinCustomize subscribers get unlimited downloads, additional features on the site, premium skin suites, and more.

    This is no more than a money making excercise useing the skins that ppl post free of chrage to the wincustomise website

    if you want skins for window blinds etc try http://www.skinbase.org/ its free

    The Program is very easy to use and install.
    I have had no problems and with IRC i had no problem to.

    After I use it for a few more days i will Give a better review.

    Minor quirks with the IRC chat, refusing to connect randomly and server time being off. Other than that works remarkably well. The browser is very speedy at pulling content from the Wincustomize site and applies skins and themes in a snap. The Skin Browser takes a little getting used to but the effort pays off.
