The latest version is 1.03,. Version 0.5 (which is the one mentioned here) is very old.
Untill Fileforum.betanews fixes this, one can find it in http://windjview.sourceforge.net/
I shall give it, however, 5 stars since it is fast, and I found no bugs in it.

It seems that new versions are no longer updated in this site. Version 0.5 is very old, and there were more than a few version updates since its release. As for now, the latest version is 1.03
