    That is only the Platform SDK Update.
    SDK=Software Development Kit

    Overall, the tools are very helpful.

    Microsoft already update many software related to win xp sp2.
    but why not this one ?

    Now, I wonder if some dufus is going to come along and rate this poorly just because these utilities are included on slipstreamed SP-2 CDs--as if THAT makes the slightest bit of sense.
