Reviewing 0.1.0.8 Pre-Release (Jul 12, 2005)
It looks like a promising program, but I'm looking at the screenshot, and it looks like everything that is listed there, or is a button, can already be done either with TweakUI or manually (easily mind i note).
To me, it looks like something that was designed for the new computer user in mind. Because Im pretty seasoned on the computer and can do pretty much all those tweaks either manually or with the help of Microsoft's free tool, TweakUI. Or with n-Lite (as is the case with removing Windows Messenger).
I'll give it a 4 for making it free and open source.

Gave an "access violation" error, after clicking the "apply" button. Program seems nice, but needs some more work.
