XPMan is a free and small quickstart toolbar without limitations. When you start it you will see a small XPMan-button on the right edge on screen or where you want. With one click on the XPMan-button a popup will open. Now you can Drag & Drop all your files and programs into the window to use.

    Very nice program. Simple and elegant. Hold down the Cntl - ALT -X keys in order to drop and drag files, etc. I've reduced desktop icons from 38 to 6, compacting them within this application.
