XeroBank Browser 2.0.0.17a
Publisher's Description:
XeroBank Browser allows you to surf the Internet anonymously. Download Torpark and put it on a USB Flash keychain. Plug it into any Internet terminal whether at home, school, or public. Run Torpark.exe and it will launch a Tor circuit connection, which creates an encrypted tunnel from your computer indirectly to a Tor exit computer, allowing you to surf the Internet anonymously.

I run vidalia at startup, so this is entirely useless to begin with. I use firefox with option of using tor.
However, OperaTor is portable (not with vidalia already running of course) and works great using the latest free opera installation files.

This program actually has an uninstaller. I rate it 5 because it does what it says and it's pretty useful for users who don't want to mess around with Tor and its 3rd party UI's. Highly recommended for safe browsing using Tor but not worth a try for impatient users.
