Xlight ftp server is an easy-to-use ftp server with SSL, remote administration, ODBC and IPv6 support. Unlike other ftp servers, it uses very little memory and CPU for handling high speed download or many users. It also has a lot of unique features.

    - Add a new SSL option "Force users to use encrypted data connection"

    - Add support for Openssh public key format in the SFTP/SSH2

    - Increase the maximum value of FTP command speed from 255 to 1000. This will help to increase the speed of transfering large number of very small files

    - Fixed a bug in the public key authentication for SFTP/SSH2

    - Fixed a bug in pausing virtual server

    I'm so glad I found Xlight FTP Server before paying twice as much for Serv-U. BTW, Xlight costs $40 for the standard edition right now, not $30 as shown.

    It's a surprise to me! A little known ftp server, but with so many cool functions and unbelievable low memory and CPU usage.
