Xlogan is an easy-to-use Web server log file analyzer which works with Apache-format log files (NCSA combined format or Common Log Format). It features an integrated FTP browser to allow you to fetch your log files straight from your web server, plus support for .gz compressed files. Find out where the visitors to your website come from, what pages they're looking at, and what they're downloading. It reports visitor numbers and countries, browsers, file downloads, plus referring sites and search engines with search keywords.

    Reviewing 2.0 Beta 2 (Mar 6, 2007)

The concept is good, for the home user with a little website.
The process for adding more than one log file is a bit cumbersome.
Ultimately, even after adding one log file (I tried both a gzipped and raw log file), it would crash.

I know it is beta, but it should be able to at least read a log file without crashing.
