I was actually shocked. For a dial-up user like me. For just using Yahoo! Messenger, I have to download a 14MB file!

I have again installed the latest version and subsequently uninstalled it. There is a script error that started maybe three versions ago and I have done everything under the sun to remedy it. The error renders it completely useless. I will try it again someday just to see if this has been cured....it has been my choice of IM for years now and hate not being able to use it.
