I'd disagree with Autobot; I'm not a gamer but use Cfos specifically because it allows me to browse and/or receive streamed video at the same time as using my torrent client.
Anyone having problems should reduce total torrent connections to a max of 80 - shouldn't have any impact on torrent performance but (with Cfosspeed) should permit normal browsing etc.

It works great for everything except it has trouble maintaining a good browsing experience while torrenting, but pings(latency) stays low in gaming. Worth the money. Five stars.
Reviewing 4.51 Build 1504 Beta (May 6, 2009)
I gave this a high rating before because it makes your computer much more responsive when you browse while downloading or when you need optimum latency for gaming, and now I'm giving it 5 stars again because the x64 version works flawlessly in Windows 7.

some guy you miss the point of this, it is not a TCP optimizer. It does lightly optimize the TCP. This manages the flow of traffic so that even if you are uploading at full speed or downloading at full speed you can still surf the web or play games without your ping times suffering too much. This has been a god send of a program for me well worth the purchase price.
