cladDVD is a DVD ripper utilizing the vobdec code. cladDVD, however, comes with a nice and easy-to-use GUI. Like vobdec, cladDVD does not use the DeCSS code, but derives the decryption key from the VOB file itself.

    Fast and simple. Put your DVD in, start up clad, and click a button. Will even do multi-region. I use this for those rented movies that I know I'm not going to be able to watch in time before they are due back. All you have to do is "subst" the directy you ripped to and use a player that is capable of chooseing different drives (other than a dvd drive).
