    Been using this for a while and it is very good. Doc's are impossible for me to read but there are lots of options for your datastore (SQL, ACCESS, MySQL). It supports drag and drop so when you find good ideas on the web it offers a way to collect and save those. Stores code samples, code, text, etc.
