Used this as well as several others to scan my PC which despite careful preparations still got various "bad stuff" on it.

I don't believe it's possible to provide 100% protection but one great tool is to use Firefox with "NoScript."

Now, quit your whining. It might be technically incorrect in his usage but it does have a meaning though I did find the definition vague. Also, many words which are considered "incorrect" do eventually get adopted. I just had to comment on the insane remark about dropping a point over the question of spelling a single word which is now in common usage.

    To "F1Racer":

We are stunned by your excellent knowledge of the English language. Yes, indeed, in English it is "viruses".

We also know the tendency of the English speaking Americans to pollute the whole - not US English speaking - world with their own - according to the studies of linguists - most degenerated language.

So if you kindly would consider the term "virus" as of Latin origin and, as for that reason, the Latin plural of "virus" being "viri" - just like "servus" with the plural of "servi".

    So what?!

Just because other people know different than you do and use language different from your use of language - you make a judgement for this software as not fulfilling its promises?

I pity you. Even as there is one "i" too much in the description, and even as there is not your expectation fulfilled of a linguisticly correct description - so what?!

Is this software coming up to its promises or not?

Here you fail to deliver any judgement . . .

Definitely has some powerful options, but needs some work, little touches such as confirmation when selecting a function are important, also function sub-choices and documentation (i.e.: system restore on/off...WHICH DRIVE? I have several, but only monitor 2.)

It's got potential, just needs a bit more development & polish.
