iSysCleaner is a freeware system optimization tool. It removes all unused files from your system with few clicks and faster - freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet History and Cookies. But the best part is that you can define your own search script (SDK will be available asap).

    Installs and runs fine. Very fast scan times with full option control and preview before deletion. Not portable whatsoever (like erasetemp).

    Quite plain. Doesnt give info on what it deleted!!!
    There is also no installation, just the files needed to run.

    Might as well give a few bucks and get Privacy Killer, which is far decent than this.
