   Need to improve:
   - Local Area Network & WAN Chat
   - Better info at the website/ usability.

   Intresting program, I like the VOIP functionality, although not as agood as skype, it does work with skype.
   the features are still young in it's ability to handle IM messages. I perfer GAIM, but am giving this program a "4" becuase
   with a few added features, such as a better handling of the IM protocols, for allowing veiwing of user picttures, ability to view
   user profiles, block, buddy pounce and use of more rtf type features in the IM, as well, as Chatroom functionality, this would be a "5".
   
   Now, all of that is personel prefrence, so it's my duty to speak of the features it tuants as it's main reasons. And those work as they say,
   sound good, are easy to use, adn this is a must for anyone useing vonage or other voip service. in my humble opinion.
   
   overall worth a look, don't know if you will switch over to this instead of your fave IM. But, an excellent start!
