Ever since win98 I've pined for a winipconfig replacement; this one's pretty good. It also has port scanning and other goodies. One improvement/fix I'd recommend: the DNS server IP addresses run too closely together; they should be separated by commas or semicolons. Also a button to open network settings would be nice, but hey, now I'm just being picky. Well done!
I did get the following error when I closed it during a port scan (easy to do if forget you started a lengthy scan):
"Violation d'acces a l'adresse 00402FAC das le module 'HoverIP.exe'. Lecture de l'adresse FFFFFFFF."
Then when I stopped the scan, the program closed. I tested this a bit and it seems consistent.
It should probably refuse to close until all scans are stopped, or give an Are You Sure in such cases.
Anyway, nice job. Five stars!

I think the Zune has features like radio that at least my Nano doesn't have. Apple is an advocate of the "Cult of Simplicity" that makes a feature out of not having features, so they would consider not having radio an actual advantage to the product.
That said, both the Ipod and Zune are/will be overpriced, since an ILO player is $78 in Wal-Mart and has radio, voice recorder and an SD slot to expand from 1G to whatever you want. No video, though. This is a problem if you like watching video on a tiny screen while walking. Too many forehead contusions for me. :-)
