    OO sounds good but I'd need two things to switch.
    (1) a reliable tool to convert my VBA Excel and Access macro programs to OOBasic
    (2) a Solver add-in for the spreadsheet (for solving linear and nonlinear data models)

    Anything like these available or planned?
