    Well, considering you have to be 17 to buy this game, what is really the big deal here.. It's not like we don't see sex alot in the R rated movies, which are pretty much equivalent to the M game rating. We also can't forget about the violence, and everything else in those same ratings. It's a game. Get it over people. And find something better to waste money on than a pointless lawsuit against a game maker.
