   Review - Ad-Aware

   I always used a stand-alone version of Ad-Aware 6 in complement of Spybot to clean PCs. Just a very efficient tool, and nothing in the background.
   
   I don't want to use an anti-spyware's realtime protection (slow, intrusive, conflicts with av and other anti-spywares ...), and Ad-Aware 2007 doesn't give me the choice.
   
   Plus, Ad-Aware 2007 comments some lines of the hosts file (http://www.hostsfile.info/):
   #AAW 127.0.0.1 ad.doubleclick.net
   #AAW 127.0.0.1 ar.atwola.com
   #AAW 127.0.0.1 media.fastclick.net
   #AAW 127.0.0.1 spd.atdmt.com
   
   They all forget that small is beautiful ..

   I dont know if you are right or wrong about this memory slot arror, but its is not enough to say "it is buggy" and give a 1.
   
   CPU-Z, like PC Wizard, is the best freeware of this category

   Spamihilator & Spampal are the best anti-spam solutions for a home computer.
   
   A good plugin for Spamihilator is DNSBL 0.8, with xbl.spamhaus.org

   Lots of useless icons, too much useless things often called "professional" ...
   
   One word : bloated.
