  1. Review - Microsoft Windows Vista (32-bit)

    Service Pack 2 RC (Mar 10, 2009)

I don't see any difference after Downloading and Installing.

  2. Review - Flock for Windows

    2.0.1 (Nov 17, 2008)

I am rating this Browser a 5, because it is fast and responds to my needs. I do not use it for the "Social" features but if I did this would be the avenue I would choose. This Browser is underrated, and should be given a chance alongside the other well known and used Browsers. Currently, "Flock" is my Default Browser and it has not let me down.

  4. Review - Google Chrome for Windows

    0.2.149.27 Beta (Sep 4, 2008)

As fast as I installed this [Chrome] Browser, I have now uninstalled it after doing a little light reading on PC Pro. Nevertheless, it was for 2 days, and only my Guest's were using it.

Google has admitted the auto-suggest feature of Chrome's Omnibox gives it potential access to users' keystrokes, providing the company with a wealth of information on the browsing habits of its users.

I like the part about "KEYSTROKES"!!!

  5. Review - Arovax Shield

    2.1.82 Beta (May 11, 2008)

I find this Program "Outstanding" on XP, and while at their Site [http://arovaxshield.com/news.php?id=16] I found that, and I quote "Arovax Shield is completely compatible with Windows Vista".

Latest release of Arovax Shield is completely compatible with Windows Vista. Besides that, Arovax Shield reacts to the spyware and adware threats much faster now. New version includes fixes to the bugs which lead to AS failure. In general Arovax Shield has become even more reliable now and it will certainly effectively protect your PC system from all the harm by the malicious software.

I have installed it on Vista with no problem. Also, it does support Opera. Furthermore, it is a very useful tool for my System's, it will remind one of SpyBot's "TeaTimer" but I think it does the job a little better and less intrusive.

  6. Comment - Wikileaks' Assange denied bail after surrendering to UK authorities

    2.1.82 Beta (Dec 7, 2010 - 8:00 PM)

I see nothing wrong with Assange posting the Documents to his Site. Also, there are no lives in danger that aren't already in danger. WikiLeaks, is a Website for "Whistle Blowers" who can Upload Documents anonymously and they are the ones who give the public a peak behind the curtain. And yes, I and others really want to know whats going on. Politicians and the Media are using what they have read on WikiLeaks to be either useful or that it will have no effect on what the public has already been told by them. There is an abundance of Documents there and there is no take down order given as of yet. So, where / what is the danger now that we know? In closing, rape is a serious crime and if he is found guilty then he'll do his time.

  7. Comment - Data Google skimmed with street view cars gets destroyed in Ireland, but that's not good enough for Germany

Now, who will represent the U.S. to oversee the deletion of our collected data?

  9. Comment - Google: Oops...our Street View cars also saw websites you were visiting

    2.1.82 Beta (May 15, 2010 - 6:42 AM)

MMMmm.... I am very disappointed but I knew that this would soon happen. I never cared for the Street View because it violates everyones privacy and the WiFi debacle is way over the top. It reminds me of what J. Edgar Hoover was trying to accomplish by [Data Mining] gathering all information from U.S. citizens by any means to be used against them if needed in a court of law. But Google has put this on a global scale for the purpose of what? Even a Professional photographer has to ask permission to photograph your home. So who is Google "Mining" for?

  10. Comment - Court rules that FCC can't stop Comcast from throttling traffic

    2.1.82 Beta (Apr 7, 2010 - 5:57 PM)

MMmmm... Didn't care for the "Dung Fire" comment but some SNARK because they can. Africa is doing just fine. Now, back to the article and more.
Deliberate Low-Bandwith or Throttle. What is Comcast up to?
In the meantime, everyone who cares about net neutrality will continue to watch ISPs closely for more evidence of discriminatory practices.
    http://www.eff.org/deepl...authority-over-internet

There's also the potential for action by the Federal Trade Commission over alleged false advertising of their service.
Common carriers are already required to be neutral with respect to content and use of their services. For example, a traditional phone company can't prioritize incoming calls from one provider over another.
    http://www.afterdawn.com..._enforce_net_neutrality

And no wonder: 18 percent of Internet connections in the States that the CWA surveyed revealed download speeds slower than 768 kilobits per second, which doesn’t even qualify as basic broadband according to the Federal Communications Commission’s definition.
