  1. Review - QtWeb

    3.7 (Mar 17, 2011)

Works quite well, I have been using it for better than a year now, primarily for known unsafe territory.
Seems impervious to malware-no guarantees though!!
Has AD blocking, super adjustable referrer, search box and lots more.
I have my bookmarks as a sidebar within the browser.
    It can also auto-fill logins.
Can be downloaded as an installer, standalone exe and no-install usb zip.

  2. Review - RealTemp

    3.65 Beta (Jan 18, 2011)

I agree with Old Geek, two different machines, no go on either, it doesn't support them, even though they are Intel 'single core' processors.
    Ones a 3.4ghzHT, others a 2.8ghzHT........maybe its the hyper-threading...LOL.
Nevertheless they're ad claim is untrue..........

  3. Review - Spybot - Search & Destroy (Beta)

    1.6.3.51 Beta (Mar 16, 2009)

Same as the last one, its just the executable, dump it in the programs directory overwriting the exsisting one ore you can rename the exe first.
    Its for us BETA testers........................

    Text below is from their site;
(SpybotSD.exe and advcheck.dll, note these files are for experienced users only and do not contain a full Spybot-S&D installation package)

  4. Review - Screamer Radio

    0.4.3 (Oct 14, 2008)

The menu tweak must have gotten rid of the interface bug I was speaking of.
Running XP, I still pointed the install to the programs folder overwriting v0.4.2 with no problems.
    Great working release....Thanks

  5. Review - Screamer Radio

    0.4.2 (Oct 2, 2008)

I'm not gonna push Rarma like others, but I have to agree, its more than buggy since v0.38.
I see the same interface disappearance's, then it begins to somehow cause other open apps to lose their input response.
The whole time still playing and recording perfectly.

  6. Comment - AOL, XM Join for Online Radio Service

    0.4.2 (Apr 11, 2005 - 4:57 PM)

XM raised their price to $12.95, same as sirius, though they have much less content to speak of, they are just doing everything possible to stay ahead[including this].
Sirius has been free to all second tier Dish subscribers for a while now, didn't seem to change things much.
Its the auto-industry that's kept XM ahead till now,//about to change in '06.......

  7. Comment - File Swappers Moving Away From P2P

    0.4.2 (Mar 25, 2005 - 8:05 PM)

    Sounds like more propaganda.........

  8. Comment - 10 Security Flaws Found in Mozilla

    0.4.2 (Sep 16, 2004 - 11:24 AM)

I'm with you on this one,...anyone with a half a brain can configure IE to be just as secure as any 'other' browser.
People are just too lazy to take the time to learn!
I don't think Mozilla will ever be as complete as IE,/loading ALL content, therfore I don't like it..............to each his own, I guess!!

  9. Comment - XM Tunes to Online Radio

    0.4.2 (Sep 15, 2004 - 4:18 PM)

As far as I'm concerned, anyone thinking of enjoying the satrad experience should take a close look at Sirius satellite radio, considering the online music portion is 'free' for regular subscribers.
That person would also reap the benefits of complete NFL coverage all season long/all games.
Streaming stock and sports scores along with weather and traffic reports.......and next they will be offering video for back seat passengers,[which probably will be the one x-tra charge they have, optionally].
