Not a bad shell for IE is although bloat is creeping in
it is still better then stock IE IMO.
Four stars because it wants to be more than what it is which is a shell
for IE.

Nice to see a new version and it is working fine.

Be careful when you install this and make sure you do not click through each screen or else you will end up with 3rd Party Toolbar garbage.
4 Stars of the codecs.
1 Star for Opted In Toolbar nonsense.

TuneUp well a nice tool in the old WinXP days has not cut it on Win7.
Bloat, OS functions becoming unstable with TuneUp installed, and it is IMO just as easy to tweak Win7 manually or with one of the free tweak programs out there.

The bean counters and developers have a field day with numbers but how the user perceives speed of their browser, stability, functionality is how a user should choose a web browser in my opinion.
