If you are to stupid to read the other reviews & don't use the .zip then enjoy the spyware. And this is a very useful application, of course there are other ways.
And to be blunt as I have no illegal software on any of my machines I have no worries. Maybe others have...
Oh & it does work with none installed software. If you use it you would know that.
Five bloody stars.
9.2 (Feb 22, 2012)
I actually installed Firefox 10.0.2 just to remind myself why I use Pale Moon & I soon deleted it.. PM It's just that bit slicker & faster, smoother than Firefox & blows Chrome that I used for some time into the weeds.
Great browser!
Try it & you will keep it.
12.5.0.309 (Feb 22, 2012)
There are free defraggers just as good, & messing with a solid state drive will shorten its life.
Why on earth this program runs in the background even if you never do scheduled defragging is just plain stupid & you cannot turn this off.
OK - if you really want a defragger as fast as PD & using Prefetch, & you also get 3 licenses for less than the of a singe PD try 'Auslogics Pro'. It does not have services running in the background either -
http://www.auslogics.com...oftware/disk-defrag-pro/
It's also 3.3 meg against PD's 40 meg. PD's total install on Program Files is 142 Meg against Auslogics 12 Meg - Talk about bloatware?
12.00.1306 Beta (Feb 20, 2012)
To be fair & honest I actually did a C image & installed Opera. I really wonder what is going on in Oslo, this used to be a first rate browser, it now takes an age to setup & in almost none functional. A great pity.
I will keep trying however.
4.93 Beta Build 33053 (Feb 20, 2012)
Brilliant, worth each & every penny or cent even.
4.93 Beta Build 33053 (Feb 24, 2011 - 2:28 PM)
And deleted it 5 minutes later. The worst interface I have ever seen. MS has no idea what the browser users really want or they would not release this piece of junk. it's faster than IE8 & maybe as fast as Chrome but it's the same tired crap MS churn out.
