I.ve using previous versions of Celestia (1.5, 1.5.1)without any problems. When I installed V1.6.0 and attempted to run the application, I received the fol error message: "Setup Create Process failed:code 14001. The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorredt. Please see the application's event log for more details. What am I suppose to do. Therefore, I can rate it since it won't run.
1.0 (Jun 1, 2009)
This is the first system cleaner software I've tried that did not screw up my system. The one thing I find missing in it is a registry defragmenter. After running it, and running a defragmentation software, I gained about 9 MB of space in my registry. Very good software and best of all, it's free.
2.20 (Mar 30, 2009)
I attempted twice to install Version 2.20 and on both occasion my sound system stopped working and the Realtek HD icon disappeared from the task bar and the Control Panel. I then reverted to the previous version and had no problems at all.
175.16 Beta (May 7, 2008)
I believe the big problem for NVidia is that they come out just about every other month with a new beta version of the NVidia NForce derivers. I do not know if even a single on of their drivers has been certified by Microsoft as being steady and not causing any system crashes. I have vertioon 169.25 installed and HP keeps prompting me to upgrade to the lastest released version. And everytime I do, the new version crashes my system. With release 175.16, I was limited to using a single configuration (1290 x 1025) I could not adjustmo monitor to the proper definitiion monitor which is 1650 x 1050. So I had to revert to version 169.25
7.0.8002 (Mar 1, 2008)
The TuneUp Utilities 2008 web page says that both Windows Vista 32 and 64 are supported by this product. Why not include them on your site
7.0.8002 (Jul 22, 2011 - 3:13 PM)
I just want to point that a big reason for the downturn in the sales of PC this year has t do with the Japanese Eartquake and Tsunami in March. This section of the Japanese industry has not recovered yet andmay take some time before it does, unless they start factories outside Japan. Add to this China which, with the chinese government approval, produces millions of counterfeit copies of the Operating System and the fact that the world economy is still in a crisis stage. When that's taken care of, Windows will still have its place.
