Personally I'm a fan of Crash Report Helper for that... automatically lets you know what module crashed. My last 5-10 were caused by a JS Wait issue, and updating from Java 1.6.18 to 1.6.20 made it stop.

Just nice to know wtf is screwing with your browsing enjoyment. Or at least get a hint towards it...

  4. Comment - Be smart, don't buy into the iPad hype

I'm not buying an iPad, nor do I especially want one... I have an old iPod Touch 1G that runs whatever music/games I need and don't really care for much else.

That being said, I know someone planning on buying one for their 70+ year old mom who hasn't ever used a computer (and a Mac is outside her realm of tech possibility), because he believes that its level of difficulty should be roughly in tune with her tech abilities... And yes, he's buying 1-3 for himself as well.

More confused? It's simple... I think...

Basically, it breaks the JS code into simpler (faster) code, which gets run later. :)

Though it's possible I'm misunderstanding their usage. Ah well.
