  1. Review - AVG Anti-Virus Free

    7.5.446a965 (Feb 25, 2007)

Installed this and 2 days later when i started my PC it gave me a license error, would not let me uninstall, would not let me repair, tried to remove from safe mode, reg entries, you name it but it would not go, this has happened to me twice now and re-intsalling the OS is the only way round it, until this error is fixed from Grisoft i am not touching this again, shame really as i have used it for a while and it always served me well

  2. Review - Sony PSP v2.0 Downgrader

    1.0 (Sep 29, 2005)

Not to sure if this is legal but it works with no problems and is a godsend for all Eur PSP's that shipped with 1.52. I have tested this with my PSP several times so that an update back to 2.00 for future proofing works although WAB version changer works fine for that anyway

  3. Review - Mozilla Firefox (v2) for Windows

    1.0.2 (Mar 25, 2005)

Great browser, would have gave it 5 but seems they still have not fixed the bug when you click a submit button and watch it hang, forum "goers" BEWARE

  4. Review - Windows Media Player for Windows XP (32-bit)

    10.00.00.3802 (Feb 16, 2005)

There is no denying this is a great all round Media Player, only thing a miss that was available in Winamp is the ability to right click on a folder and "Play In Winamp" - really love that option

I wonder how they can still charge for TV license from the British public, funny how they don't mention anything about that :(

This is XP all over again, everyone said they would never move from 98/Me to XP but as new software/hardware evolves so does the need for an updated OS, like many comments i agree if you have an older system and XP is doing the job pretty well don't upgrade but like many users i would rather install the latest OS to get a head start in the industry i work in
