   Your having an IQ below 80 should not be used as a reason to trash perfectly good software simply because your head is stuck so far up your a** your brain doesn't get oxygen and isn't able to perform simple tasks anymore.
   The Gimp is a great image editor, its interface is simply different from standard Windows software (no surprise here, it was not developped for Windows).
   On the other hand, Paint.net is extremely poor and lacks a million functions. It should be enough to resize a couple pictures, though, so I'll give it a 2.

   Review - Recycle Bin Laden

   Bush Jr. is a **** all right, but that shouldn't lead you to saying things like he's the "real" war criminal. Bin Laden is as real a monster as Bush.
   
   Anyway, aren't we here to rate proggies?
   
   Here's my rating: it sucks, it's super ugly and useless. Plus anybody with a brain in working condition should be able to change their recycle bin icon.

   Review - TVTool

   I'm rating this 9.6 release, not the proggie itself...
   So, as every release of TvTool since after 6.5, it doesn't work well at all : TV output is messy and ugly and half the options are totally useless anyway...
   So back to 6.5 again! ;)

   Review - FileZilla v2

   2.2.3 (Jan 8, 2004)

   Ok, so maybe it's my mistake and I didn't find it (in that case, I apologize), but it seems to me this proggie, as good as it may be, lacks a MAJOR feature I use all the time : connexion to multiple servers... So ??? o_0
