   I've not needed a zip program in sometime... or at least since MS added the tool to their system.

   I have never liked Norton, it interfares with too many things and most times with out reason. I worked as an online help tech and Norton 9 times out of 10 was the issue when it came to AV related issues, most times from an update.

3. Comment - Not just Vista: The operating system is dying, too

   So here's the DEAL - Make one (1) operating system that works and stay with it! Don't keep re-making the Wheel when a simple fix is all that's needed. M$ and all other company's that keep re-designing their programs just to get more sales Need to Re-think their tactics. I am so tired of purchasing a new program every other year that I'm about to toss my computer right out the door, run out and buy a couple of stacks of paper and a few pens and to hell with the electronic world altogether.

4. Comment - IE8 now being delivered as 'Important Update' for Vista, 'High Priority' for XP

   I just finished un-installing IE8 because of issues I kept having. Like opening some web sites... just would not happen. Every other time I'd open IE8 I'd have problems getting my Hotmail to function. I've been a fan of IE for a long long time.... (since 95), and yet this week I finally said enough is enough and now my default Browser is Mozilla Firefox. Oh and one other thing I am a web master as well and even I was getting fed up with IE 8.
