15.0.03600 (Nov 27, 2013)
Nero 15 compared to 12.5 is slightly better because of new features, but on other hand they added some restrictions in Nero recode 2014 (15v.) SD video file max bitrate 2500kbit/sec (even youtube quality is better!!), MediaHome still uses about 6GB RAM after playing 1.5h video file >.< I replaced some Nero sub-applications by other softaware (Ashampoo burning studio, Cyberlink PowerDirector, 4media HD video converter, Arcsoft TotalMedia Theatre), but still can't find multimedia suite to replace Nero by 100%.
Astroburn does everything as Ashampoo burning studio 14 ...

Good protection, it runs very light. Do not slows down PC.
I do not have any problems with this NIS.
1. Kaspersky internet security 2013 (partialy loads webpages, slows down copying files from HDD to HDD)
2. McAfee internet security 2013 (blocks access to my archive disks)
3. AVG internet security 2013 (blocks IPTV even application is marked to pass)
the most of all I liked Norton internet security 2013. Good job!

They changed update policy: if you buy it - you will get free updates for 1 year. Earlier it was life time licence. This company wants your money so bad ... lol
The price betanews states is not correct. My credit card was charged 26eur and it is a bit too much for 1 licence for 1 year, I think.
8 (v7.95) Beta (Jun 8, 2013)
7.95 version compared to 7.2 runs very well, don't have any performance problems on my Win 8 machine. Great software.
12.5.01900 (May 28, 2013)
Not worth to buy. Burning ROM is the only handy and decent application in this Nero 12.5 multimedia suite. Plus it can be replaced by other software: Ashampoo burning studio 12, etc ...
By the way: Nero 12.5 ratings goes down very fast. 1/9 (1 person likes and 9 dislikes) on other download websites

Great! Internet explorer will be more secured. You should understand simple thing: the more windows platforms IE (Internet explorer) supports, the more security bugs it has. Maybe later Microsoft will release a new product like IE which will support more windows platforms than Win XP SP2.
