   What you seem to fail to take into consideration is that other people do have a use for the things that are not of use to you. So you don't want or need to carry multiple books around with you... other people do. So you don't read from multiple books at the same time, other people do. So you don't mind filling bookshelves up and taking up more space in your living area, for other people space may be at a premium.
   
   I'm not here to convince you that you should get a Kindle, I'm merely pointing out that whether or not you "get it" is immaterial to the fact that other people do. People's uses and purposes are different and the fact that the Kindle doesn't provide you with any value or benefit does not take away from the fact that other people do value and benefit from it.

   This would sound wise and informed if Apple actually was evil. Unfortunately it just sounds overused, inaccurate and cliche.
