  1. Review - Samurize

    0.93d (Oct 8, 2003)

For about half(?) a year ago I was one of the programmers/authors of the Samurize project. Sadly, the university took too much of my spare-time, so I couldn't spend any time working at Samurize. We handed over the sourcecode to our great crewmembers. And now, half a year later i must say that Samurize is better than ever! Great work guys!!!! / Oscar L (aka Sim)

RedBadger> I'm sorry you haven't been able to set up the program. But here's a quick step-by-step: ---1. The program doesn't need an installer, just unzip the files you downloaded. ---2. Start config.exe ---3. Click the "Add Meter"-button and select a meter. ---4. Repeat step 3 until your satisfied. ---5. Save your config in the Configs-folder ---6. Start Client.exe, click the SysTray-icon and select your config. --- Btw, there's a tutorial at: http://samurize.com/SamurizeTutorial/tutorial.html check it out. It's written by one of our CrewMembers. I agree Samurize can seem a bit scary at first sight, but give a try and you'll get a hang of it. :) (Damn, i wish i could post without voting)

  4. Review - Samurize

    0.80a Alpha (Feb 20, 2003)

Word from the authors: Please remember that this is only a technical preview of Serious Samurize. The debuging code hasn't been removed and all optimizations hasn't been done. Bugs can and will exist in this version, which we released mainly to let people get a feel of the new Config-program, perhaps make some cool skins and to let us, the authors, be able to remove all major bugs quickly.

Agon: Can't wait to see what you can come up with using this version :)

_zombie_>> Thanx for reporting in! I just tried it myself with MBM 5.2.0.0 and it worked perfectly. MBM 5.2.0.0 was released today, so if you haven't had the time to download and tried it, you might want to give it a shot.
