   How many of you understand what true communism is really about, I wonder? It's easy if you look at the numerous corrupt "communist" governments around the world to assume that being a communist is somehow like being "the enemy".
   
   These guys are undermining capitalist society, libertarians or not, they are challenging the status quo, I'd say that this is why the communists support them.
   
   And, no, I am not a communist!

   Well, the servers are spread all over the planet and the owner's don't even know where all of them are! Good luck finding them.
   
   The article mentions an interesting point about "the struggle for power over common culture", this case is milestone in a power struggle. Either we share our knowledge as a civilisation or we continue to try to profiteer from it, as the owners of Piratebay are accused of. Somehow when Hollywood or Sony profiteer it's fine, because they are the established power. But this saga has continued for millenia, think of the English "stealing" the Chinese tea growing secrets and Japanese (Toyota) copying the Type A engine from Chevrolet 3 bearing engine in the late 1930s.
   
   If we don't wake up as humans and realise that ideas are everywhere and share our knowledge this sort of rubbish and waste of human time and talent is going to keep happening. I guess it keeps the lawyers and bureaucrats in a job!
