1.90 (Oct 20, 2010)
5 stars on a modern PC but is often extremely slow with the default cleaning mode on older, single-core PCs. i use it all the time when cleaning up customer PCs and the slower ones run revo seemingly out of proportionately slower than there specs would indicate. 4 stars overall.
3.2.3 (Jun 15, 2010)
if it were $10 or less i would have bought it years ago. As a program it is exceptional. As a product, it is hardly worth $40 for the average gamer. It has uses outside of gaming that might be worth the money, but not as an FPS viewer and screen recorder for someone who plays games and wants to share their play. cut the price to $5-15 and i'd buy it in a heartbeat. nothing else compares to it for ease of use, all-in-one capabilities, and amount of updates
1.125 (May 12, 2010)
havent used this in years because steam does practically everything this does and much much more. i like the UI and some of the advanced features but there isnt much of a need for this if your friends/clan are on steam and use vent.
1.6.9.1459 Beta (Jan 11, 2010)
Previous version disables the Steam overlay when it's running in the background. hopefully this version fixes it. besides that it's a great utility.

i ask myself the same question every day...this site is more biased than MSNBC's trickles up their legs when they hear Obama speak.
this is a GREAT phone and screen and CPU/GPU improvements should be very noticeable. i have a thunderbolt, tho, and no LTE is a no-no for a feature phone IMO. it's simply amazing. 5mbps is almost guaranteed and many people pulling 10+ down/5+ up. and VZW claims 100+ million people covered with LTE by the end of the year...
however, VZW's recent removal of 1 year contracts is extremely disapointing. i've not idea what to do once my current 1 year contract expires next march. i want a new phone every year and im not willing to pay full price for a phone. ever. guess i'll be buying them off ebay or craigslist...
anyway, the Droid X is an incredibly solid phone but with the newer CPUs released this year it definitely needed an update. HTC did the same thing with the Incredible 2.
1.6.9.1459 Beta (May 20, 2011 - 11:17 AM)
"Therefore, I believe there should be some kind of framework obligating companies to support their products and fix bugs for a certain minimum period, and announce in advance (as much as possible) when development slows or stops."
what? seriously? hardware MFGs dont HAVE to warrant their products. they choose to. and software companies dont HAVE to provide tech support. they also choose to.
this is the dumbest argument ive ever heard on this topic.
also regarding this story...WHAT A JOKE. why was adobe even blocked from acquiring freehand in the first place? the FTC should be abolished
1.6.9.1459 Beta (Apr 26, 2011 - 11:24 AM)
how's this compare to combofix + malwarebytes?
1.6.9.1459 Beta (Mar 23, 2011 - 12:49 PM)
HTC is the only company to which i'd gladly give my money for a smart phone. routinely solid devices and long support plus no boot lockers and the best stock android GUI out there. on my 2nd HTC now...Thunderbolt
1.6.9.1459 Beta (Mar 23, 2011 - 12:45 PM)
im a huge FF user, but this these are pretty worthless numbers, let alone comparisons.
IE9 = Win 7only (Vista too??), no auto-updater outside of Windows Updates which people some people dont enable, and there wasnt even an ad or popup box for existing IE8 users about 9 being released. Also i'd bet installing 9 via Windows Update when released wouldnt count towards it's "download" numbers
FF = available on all Windows flavors, linux, and mac plus the auto updater (even tho 4 isnt in the current updater yet).
