    Problems running Windows?
yeah, when you get bluescreens, freezes, & error messages all the time, it makes it a bit hard.
But hey, it's still a whole lot easier than running Linux.
(& by the way Whistler is sweet as hell; hope the final relese is even better)

  3. Comment - Intel Dropping Prices Again

    2.02 (Jan 24, 2001 - 7:41 PM)

Bah to Intel...AMD is better, & always will be.
Cheaper, faster, & a good alternatvie to supporting Intel.
I have no reasoning to back these clians up, but I like AMD much more; so eat that!

    let the flaming begin.

Personally, i think we are screwed both ways.
If Gore had been elected, we'd have a little b**** yes man in office, who's wife made those damned "Parental Advisory" stikers be put on albums. Bush is an ex-coke fiend busted for D.U.I. Not really Prez. material, but hey.

I still think Nader should have gotten it.....3'rd party power!

  5. Comment - IBM To Fight Illegal Music Distribution

Very true...you can't stop piracy; it's too vast. They may impare it slightly, but that is all they can hope for. For every security block they put on things, there are going to be five people out there figuring out how to crack it. does that make it right? No, it does not. But so what? Have you ever jay-walked? Drank underage? Ran a redlight? We all break the law; internet piracy is probably the closest we will get to a "victimless crime", though. So agree with me, or not. I will continue to run Microsoft, Adobe, & all sorts of other programs for free. Not to mention abuse Napster to its fullest.

  6. Comment - Jury Pool Survey - Napster's Chances Good

Respect for the law decreases with the laws' lack of respect for US.
    people.
Yes, Napster is is helping people "steal". But if you found Bill Gates' Wallet, would you take a 5$ out of it?
Think about it: these bands have more money than most of us dream of.
Sure, it's stealing. But if they want to be pricks about it, I, for one, will continue to support & use Napster.
