just installed sumo and all i can say is what a piece of rubbish.
it scan system and tells me what files are out of date, that part works fine.
so what happens when I click the update button, nothing. it loads a firefox tab with the name of the program. a search, why cant it go directly to the page of the program you told it to update, or preferably direct download the installer of said program, aka create a download list of all programs in the scan its just done that require updating. or at least let you select the files by ticking the ones you want updating and then when you click update download all of them to a folder of your choice.
good job its freeware. I certainly wouldnt pay for a program like this. think I'll stick to filehippo update checker at least that gives you download links.

not only does this program come with a lot of useful utilities, but you can add other suites to it, like the SysInternals Suite, and piriform tools aswell, instructions on how to do this are on the homepage. I use this with my flashdrive.

winsplit revolution 11.04 for some reason doesnt work for me, will not run. however 11.03, 11.02 do. weird. So for this reason i'm giving it a 4. would have been a 5 is it ran on my xp pro sp3. the winsplitdrv32.exe is the problem, anyway. good program if like me you have 2 many windows open like chat. i can position 2 chat windows side by side, 1 yahoo and 1 irc. of course another good thing about this, if you move a window to high to get to the X to close it, you can move it with this.

I dont know what they done, but they've somehow managed to make it slower than version 4. They've also added a downloader so that you can save time/bandwidth to downloading duplicate files.
version 4 was faster. i've been sitting here for the past 10minutes waiting for version 5 to mark the files that are duplicates and its using 99% of the cpu whilst its doing it and in the end had to use task manager to end the task, in 4 would have taken a minute.

whilst this program is a good defragger and completely free and does the job well, I'm still unsure as to why, when they create the installer they insist on installing the program in c:\windows\ultradefrag and not c:\program files\ultradefrag which is my only gripe with this program, every other program i install goes in c:\program files\ this does not, so for that reason alone i'm not giving it the full 5 stars but only 4
