I don't see why don't supporting extensions is a reason to rate it has 1.
Even more when other browsers needs a bunch of extensions to have the features opera have builtin. Read full review

I hope this build is more stable than 3199 :) i must say that 3186 was quite stable to be pre-alpha :)
