Finally, works great now, I tried using some skins, ran into some problems there... but still good progress and new default interface works great!
2.9.8 (Sep 12, 2008)
this software is a joke, so easily defeated it's a shame to ask money for it...
2.0.996.31 (Jun 12, 2006)
I used it for a while, but then I switched to Flash FXP and all the little and big problems went away =)

This used to be great, and cheap. Now they are charging too much, but for $20/year you can just use edhelper.com
3.1.50 (Nov 24, 2005)
I've used this ages ago, these days all you need is Edhelper.com.

well, I have a dual amd motherboard with 2 athlon mp 2000+ and 2 gb of memory, built it myself 3 years ago, still till today it's an overkill, and I could not find an excuse to upgrade anyhing till I ran out of space on hd's.
So now with new hd's with 16mb cache instead of 8mb on the old ones, system is even faster.
I can watch a dvd from one hd, copy a dvd disc to another hd on firewire and move one dvd from hd on ide to the same one on firewire all at the same time and the playback never ever skips or stalls.
You can't do that with a single processor or on intel...
I think that a dual core amd chip will simply provide this same kind of smooth experience I have only a bit faster than with 2 seperate chips.
Also, for the money I spent 3 years ago on this setup, right now we are looking at the same setup done with opteron's, and if someone is looking for a stutter/stall free system, this would be it.
To be honest, I upgraded my hd's, replaced the fan's and the system is even faster now with these new hd's.
In my case I develop websites, so for my work this system is still overkill, even if I do a lot of photoshop work.
I don't have the time to play games on this setup, I don't think it would be up to par in that area, but for what I do, this is too much.
just my .02 cents.
