  1. Review - Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE)

    8 Build b40 Preview Release (May 28, 2012)

Is not needed anymore unless you use Java standalone apps. I deleted JRE a week ago and had no problems with browsing.

  2. Review - Adobe Flash Player for Windows (Non-IE)

    11.3.300.250 Beta 3 (May 16, 2012)

Latest beta is horrible. If you want open few websites simultaneously and they have flash videos embedded, flash will crash most of the time.

  3. Review - Kaspersky Internet Security

    2013 13.0.0.3082 Beta (May 3, 2012)

Froze my system dead during install. Definitely not going to try it twice.

  4. Review - Online Armor

    5.0.0.1097 (Mar 12, 2012)

No free version. period. Even if you try do download "Free Version", it is still a 30 day trial. Piece of crap.

  5. Review - SUMo

    2.17.4.139 (Feb 26, 2012)

Useful software, but you have to be so carefull during install. One mistake and you got get adware/spyware that is very difficult to remove.

  6. Comment - Organize Windows 7's taskbar into Bins

    2.17.4.139 (May 4, 2011 - 11:58 PM)

I am using it currently and it does have some bugs. But it is definitely useful if you have vertical sidebar. About cost. I wish they would do the same thing Stardock did with Fences: provide freeware(limited) and shareware(full) versions.

  7. Comment - Google removes 21 apps from Android Market over malware

    2.17.4.139 (Mar 2, 2011 - 11:38 PM)

The only thing I am surprised is that this stuff does not happen much more often. I would have expected 10%-25% malware penetration.

  8. Comment - Without auto-update, 2 million users downloaded IE9 RC

    2.17.4.139 (Feb 16, 2011 - 6:00 PM)

I downloaded it only because I love to have all of my software up to date. I have no intension to use it extensively though. It was and will be backup for Firefox.

  9. Comment - Say, whatever happened to that 1 million Verizon iPhones sold announcement?

    2.17.4.139 (Feb 15, 2011 - 10:19 PM)

Now it is 4.5%. Updated every 15 minutes. Could get to 1 million by the end of the week. I hope Apple did not ramp up manufacturing. It is obvious that everybody is waiting for iPhone 5.

  10. Comment - Increasing backlash over Microsoft deal a problem for Nokia

    2.17.4.139 (Feb 15, 2011 - 10:12 PM)

Symbian is an outdated OS. MeeGo development stalled (nobody to blame but themselves). Continue waiting for MeeGo to mature is to lose two or more years.

Other choice is to borrow somebody else's OS.
1)Android - Become one vendor among many.
    2)Microsoft - Take huge risk.
3)WebOS - Take even larger risk.

As you see Nokia does not have any safe choices.
