   Google has never finished a product, everything is half baked. Good ideas but no follow through.

   Having worked for the government (in software development) I have to agree with the first poster, not fixxer. The government's contractors are poorly managed and over paid. The same could have been accomplished for less.

   Sounds like they are trying to secure their IP for a possible sale or contemplating a strategy like SCO or Rambus and suing/parasitizing successful companies.
