  1. Review - Sound Blaster Live! Driver for Windows 9x/Me

    5.12.01.3041 (Oct 1, 2000)

You know... betanews says these driver's are also avalable on Gateway's site. I'd say if you have a gateway computer and a live! card (pre-installed), download this. But otherwiese, wait for creative to post drivers on their site.
I have an Mp3+ on my winme and useing the software that comes with the package... seems to work fine.

  2. Review - CDRWIN

It's a very good program, but it is NOT freeware like it says up above, you must purchse a license code to use it an any other speed besides 1x. I perfer Easy CD Creator for the eye candy and mp3 tech.

don't go down this road... it only leaves to more flames.

We're a people that seek only money when it comes down to the final point. There will never be a Utopia without a guideing force to be used for trade.

Just to attach a list of things onto that...
I've no idea why, but i think (yes.. i'm admiting i don't have evidence! HIT ME IF YOU WANT TO) mp3 was orignially created because most Computer CD-ROMS really SUCK at playing cd-audio, maybe it's windows or something i don't know. Mp3 (with the right system) has less skips and is allot smaller then makeing a Wave File of the song(s) you're trying to play. The creators at the time knew at least in the back of their minds that this format could be used to pirate music. But what about Zip, Rar, ISO, jarr (lesser known encoder), and everything else that helps bundle and compress things together. Those help spead ANYTHING you want weather it's warez, music or any other damn thing. Then, somebody sticks it on their site or a search engine. Who's responseable here? I'm not even going to voice my opinion because i'm tired of all the flames and people calling me a commie because they think they've assumed everything. That's right Compdoc I'm talking to you.

Everything has been attached to this controversy... politics, zips, the purple tele-tubby (NO I AM NOT g** COMPDOC), Elian from Cuba, and the 'Monica' thing Mista Clinton doesn't like to talk about.

I'd even go as far as even asking efront what the hell are they offerning a forum for if it just get's filled up with flames.

Remove "dre" from the listing? No... the only way to fully illiminate it is to remove "dre" and every title of every song he has made and any mis-spelling of it you can think of. Eventually... someone will name the title of the mp3 in some bizzare net language and only specific people will be able to download, it'll just get annoying. (i.e. f0rg0t ab0ut Dre)

I can't type hacker (or wannabe hacker) so exuse me if i'm totally off.

re-name the file names in french, spanish, danish.. piss everybody off!
