  1. Review - Windows Live Mail

    Beta (Jun 22, 2006)

Can you use this program if you don't have a hotmail or msn.com address? I know you need to have a passport, but I already have a passport set up through my pop3 email address.

  2. Review - Microsoft Windows Vista (32-bit)

    Beta 2 (Jun 8, 2006)

When I try to download from Betanews, it always stops downloading at 721 bytes. Anyone else having this problem? It's been doing that since this morning and it always stops at the same place, so it seems unlikely that the server is just busy, but who knows...

  3. Review - ESET NOD32 Antivirus for Windows (32-bit)

    2.50 Beta (Mar 30, 2005)

I am a registered user of Nod32 and it has always worked great for me. One thing I was a little disappointed about however, is that there doesn't seem to be any detailed documentation on how to use the new features in this beta. For example, there is supposidly some detection of spyware and malware in this beta, although for the life of me I can't figure out how to use it or even where to find it in the program. Does anyone have any information on this? I'd love to know. For this I am giving it a 4 but I still love the program on the whole.

  4. Review - MSN Messenger for Windows

    7.0.0425 Beta (Dec 1, 2004)

What is the difference between this beta and the last one? The last one was 7.0.0425 also. Oh well anyway, MSN is my favorite out of all the im clients. I love the features and the interface, it's very straight forward and easy to use, yet it has everything you could ever want from an im client, and this version is the best one yet.

  5. Comment - Blu-ray: Early adopters knew what they were getting into

    7.0.0425 Beta (Jan 9, 2008 - 11:50 AM)

This is amazing. So it's Toshiba's fault that the bluray format is not complete and it was released before it's time? I've never heard such a thing. I hope at the very least, if Paramount was thinking at all about switching to bluray these comments will make them think twice.

  6. Comment - Amazon Begins Selling Windows Vista

    7.0.0425 Beta (Aug 29, 2006 - 5:53 PM)

Does anyone know if the windows vista that is listed on amazon is the 32-bit or the 64-bit version? I can't find anything on their site that indicates either way. Thanks in advance.

  7. Comment - Want to Test Vista? Better Act Fast

    7.0.0425 Beta (Jun 29, 2006 - 11:05 PM)

Now that you mention it, that does make more sense than just not letting you activate it at all. Thanks a lot.

  8. Comment - Want to Test Vista? Better Act Fast

    7.0.0425 Beta (Jun 29, 2006 - 5:31 PM)

Well I downloaded vista beta 2, but some of the software I use does not support it yet. So if I don't install vista right now does this mean I won't be able to activate it later? That doesn't seem right.

  9. Comment - 8 Critical Flaws Patched by Microsoft

    7.0.0425 Beta (Jun 13, 2006 - 5:47 PM)

A patch is still a patch, even if you charge for it and tell everyone its a new version.
Lol that was a good come back. I like that one...
