  2. Review - GetRight Pro

    6.0 Beta 7 (Mar 15, 2006)

Quote: "star downloader , winget and free download manager ... all free and the same. " Definaetely not! Star Downloader and FDM are cack in comparison, I haven't tried WinGet.

Getright always been the best, have you tried parsing a webpage in FDM, it's like trying to squeeze blood out of a stone.

  3. Review - Paint.NET

    2.6 Final (Feb 26, 2006)

Wow, for a free program this is excellent. Reminds of the bloat-freeness of uTorrent.

Having said that it does lack some basic features and I would reiterate what cowgaR said that I would have would have been included by version 2.6 of any program.

Can't beat the cost, file size and development activity. Well done all involved!

  5. Review - µTorrent for Windows

    1.1.5 Build 270 (Oct 16, 2005)

    Why should you use uTorrent?

    1. 94KB Standalone application with no installation required!

    2. Full of the features that BitComet and Azuerus and so on have

    3. Small footprint. For me, Azuerus used to take upto 80 MB, Bitcomet 40-60 MB, uTorrent... wait for it... 4MB! 4MB! No sluggishness at all!

    4. Ability to select to select individual files to download, unfortuanely it is like Azuerus in this sense that BitComet, but this is such a SMALL down point!

    5. I've even gone and removed BitComet! ...4MB!

  7. Comment - Microsoft Launches Windows Mobile 5.0

    1.1.5 Build 270 (May 11, 2005 - 11:21 AM)

I would agree as well, it does it's job well with some quirks that we expect from MS.

The main issue is witht he design on the mobile phone itself - I so desperately wanted the Motorola MPX (aka MPX 300) but they discontinued it :(
